The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation | 9 One of the World’s Largest & Most Highly-Skilled Surgical Oncology Teams TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is home to 72 surgeons, who work in 14 sub-specialties. Together, they treat some of the most complex cancer cases in Canada. These surgeons performed more than 6,000 surgeries in the last year alone. The team is led by Dr. Gelareh Zadeh, who was named Head of the Division of Surgical Oncology in July 2016.
